We @ CyberSafe Technologies do accept refund request by our customers. You need to follow certain process to stake your claim for refund. You will need to place a refund request for the subscription for which you have subscribed with us this needs to be within 15 business days of purchase of the subscription. Once we receive a request for refunds we will process your request within 7-10 business days.
Following charges will be applicable for processing all refunds.
- If a request is placed within 24 hours from the date of purchase, no cancellation charges would be applicable. If a licensed version of anti-virus was installed on your system (desktop / laptop), there will be no refund for the anti-virus software.
- If a request is placed within 7 business days from the date of purchase of services, a cancellation charge of 25% of your invoice value would be deducted and the balance amount will be credited back into your card which was used in the process of buying the subscription.
- If a request is placed within 15 business days from the date of purchase of services, a cancellation charge of 50% of your invoice value would be deducted and the balance amount will be credited back into your card which was used in the process of buying the subscription. If a request is placed after 15 business days no refund would be applicable.
How to request for a refund?
Refunds are only processed after receiving a refund/cancelling request via email from the registered email address which is present in our records. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org . We do not process requests over chat and phone. Terms which may lead, void your refund requests.
- If a licensed version of anti-virus was installed on your system (desktop/laptop) and you are requesting for a refund for charges which you paid for the anti-virus.
- If you have used technical support services on two or more instances.
- If you are requesting for a refund from an email address which is not registered email address with us.
- If you are requesting for a refund to a credit card which was not used during buying a subscription.
- If you have placed a request by any other form of communication besides an email.
- Since CyberSafe Technologies is offering non-tangible irrevocable services, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service is rendered or delivered.
- As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service or service package at our site. Please note that our specialized services are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback. Thus service and packages of Anti Viruses / Anti Spyware / Anti Malware etc. is " NOT " a subject of CHARGEBACK.
Therefore, we " DO " accept requests for the refund on " Future Based " on the following reasons:
Download and unzipping issues:it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or it's unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support department. If you do not contact us properly during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a " download issue " reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 business days may result in a refund decline;
Major defects:All the products are thoroughly tested before release, but unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team's approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer's choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered; please be advised that temporary access to your system on which anti-virus was installed will be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your system will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
Product not-as-described: such issues should be repo teed to our Technical Support Department within 7 business days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not entertained. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc.) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
